Do Not Sell My Personal Information

This page is provided in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). It explains your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by Servetrain LLC ("ServeTrain," "we," "us," or "our") and describes our current practices regarding the sale of personal data.

1. Our Current Practice

We do not participate in data brokering, sell user lists, or provide personal information to advertising networks or data aggregators in exchange for compensation. We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

2. What We Mean by "Sell"

Under the CCPA/CPRA, a "sale" of personal information is broadly defined as selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or communicating a consumer's personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.

The following activities are not considered a "sale" under the CCPA/CPRA and do occur as part of our normal business operations:

• Reporting training completion to state agencies: We are legally required to report your training completion data (name, Server ID, completion date) to state alcoholic beverage control agencies, including the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. This is a regulatory obligation, not a sale.
• Payment processing: We transmit payment information to our third-party payment processor to complete course enrollment transactions. The processor uses this data solely to process your payment and is contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
• Corporate account administration: If your employer enrolled you through a corporate account, your training status and completion data are visible to your employer's account administrator. This is a service feature, not a sale.
• Service providers: We share limited personal information with vendors who help us operate our website, send email communications, and host our platform. These vendors act on our behalf under contract and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

3. Your Right to Opt Out

Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. Because ServeTrain does not currently sell personal information, there is no sale to opt out of at this time.

If our practices change in the future and we begin selling personal information for any purpose, we will:

• Update this page with a clear and functional opt-out mechanism
• Provide notice of the change through our website and, where possible, by email
• Update our Privacy Policy to reflect the new practice
• Honor all opt-out requests promptly

4. Your Additional Privacy Rights Under the CCPA/CPRA

As a California resident, you also have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA, regardless of whether personal information is sold:

• Right to know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it
• Right to delete: You may request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain legal exceptions (such as data we are required to retain for regulatory compliance)
• Right to correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: If we collect sensitive personal information, you have the right to limit our use of that data to what is necessary to provide the services you requested
• Right to non-discrimination: We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, provide a different level of service, or otherwise discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights

To exercise any of your privacy rights under the CCPA/CPRA, or to ask a question about how your personal information is handled, you may contact us through any of the following methods:

When submitting a request, please clearly identify yourself so we can verify your identity and locate your records. We will respond to all verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If we need additional time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof of the agent's written authorization and verification of your own identity before processing the request.

6. Information for Minors

Our services are designed for individuals of legal working age in the alcohol service industry. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of consumers under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 16, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices or applicable law. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
