How to View and Edit Your Profile

Follow these steps to view and edit your profile:

1. Log in to your account: Use your username and password to log in to your Servetrain account. If you’ve forgotten your login details, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
2. Navigate to your profile: Once logged in, click on the ‘My Profile’ link at the top of the page to access your personal profile.
3. Edit your profile: On your profile page, you can edit your personal information, change your password, and update your contact preferences. Remember to click ‘Save Changes’ after making any updates.

What You’ll Find in Your Profile

Personal Information: This section includes your name, email address, and contact number. Please ensure this information is up-to-date so we can reach you with important updates and information about your courses.

Training Progress: Here, you can track your progress through our RBS training courses. You’ll see which courses you’ve completed, your scores, and any courses you’re currently enrolled in.

Certificates: In this section, you’ll find your Servetrain RBS training certificates. You can view, download, or print your certificates directly from your profile.

Account Settings: This is where you can change your password, update your email preferences, and manage other account settings.
